When can I expect my monthly shirt?
Your payment will be drafted on the 5th of the month Shirts are packed and ready for shipping or pickup by the 15th of the month. If you sign up after the payment draft date, then you will be drafted the next month and receive that month’s tee.
How does the sizing run on the t-shirts?
All shirts are unisex sized for the perfect fit! Shirt brands can vary month to month but just know that each shirt brand will be super soft and unisex in size. We offer Adult Sizes Small-3X Large. See sizing chart below for more info.
If I live out of town, can my shirt be shipped?
Yes! We can ship your t-shirt for an additional $2.99/month. Local pickup in Derby, Kansas is free.
Can I exchange my
shirt size after I receive it?
If we have your size in stock, we are happy to exchange sizes. Just email our team at henryandhannahofficial@gmail.com
for return instructions. You will be required to pay to ship the shirt back to us and pay for shipping on the new shirt. We can not make any guarantees.
Is there a committment or can I cancel anytime?
There is no long term commitment. We hope you love your tees! But, if you need to cancel your subscription, please email us at: henryandhannahofficial@gmail.com
to cancel your subscription. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your t-shirt billing date (the 5th of the month) or you will be charged for the following month.
