Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase!  If for any reason you wish to return your purchase due to damage that occured during shipment, please email henryandhannahofficial@gmail.com for return instructions.  Please know that we will only accept returns of unused items within 10 days of package arrival. The amount of your original purchase may be refunded to you depending on the situation, excluding any shipping charges.   PLEASE NOTE – subscriptions, custom orders, special-order merchandise, sale and personalized items are not returnable.  

We do require a 15% restocking fee on all returned or cancelled orders.
